Every journey becomes a story

Travel to Story is the independent mobile game studio of TRAVEL TO STORY LTD in Covent Garden, London. We design narrative games for Android in which the player keeps a travel journal and the journey itself writes the story.

Each chapter is a short trip to an imaginary town. Players choose where to wander and who to talk to, and the journal fills with sketches and notes that shape how the story ends.

Choices are small and personal rather than dramatic, such as sharing a meal with a stranger or following a street musician. The journal remembers them, and later chapters refer back to earlier ones, so every player ends up with a slightly different book.

The art looks like a real notebook, with pencil sketches, pressed flowers and ticket stubs. Text is warm and short, written to be read comfortably on a phone, and every chapter can be finished in a single sitting.

There is no failure and nothing to buy. Finished journals can be reread from the first page, and a new chapter is planned for each season.
